{"surah" : 55, "verses" : [{"a" : 1, "ar" : "ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ", "en" : "The Most Merciful"}, {"a" : 2, "ar" : "عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ", "en" : "Taught the Qur'an,"}, {"a" : 3, "ar" : "خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ", "en" : "Created man,"}, {"a" : 4, "ar" : "عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ", "en" : "[And] taught him eloquence."}, {"a" : 5, "ar" : "ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍۢ", "en" : "The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation,"}, {"a" : 6, "ar" : "وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ", "en" : "And the stars and trees prostrate."}, {"a" : 7, "ar" : "وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ", "en" : "And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance"}, {"a" : 8, "ar" : "أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ", "en" : "That you not transgress within the balance."}, {"a" : 9, "ar" : "وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ", "en" : "And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance."}, {"a" : 10, "ar" : "وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ", "en" : "And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures."}, {"a" : 11, "ar" : "فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٌۭ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ", "en" : "Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]"}, {"a" : 12, "ar" : "وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ", "en" : "And grain having husks and scented plants."}, {"a" : 13, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 14, "ar" : "خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلْصَٰلٍۢ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ", "en" : "He created man from clay like [that of] pottery."}, {"a" : 15, "ar" : "وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍۢ مِّن نَّارٍۢ", "en" : "And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire."}, {"a" : 16, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 17, "ar" : "رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ", "en" : "[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets."}, {"a" : 18, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 19, "ar" : "مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ", "en" : "He released the two seas, meeting [side by side];"}, {"a" : 20, "ar" : "بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌۭ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ", "en" : "Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses."}, {"a" : 21, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 22, "ar" : "يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ", "en" : "From both of them emerge pearl and coral."}, {"a" : 23, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 24, "ar" : "وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَٰمِ", "en" : "And to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains."}, {"a" : 25, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 26, "ar" : "كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍۢ", "en" : "Everyone upon the earth will perish,"}, {"a" : 27, "ar" : "وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ", "en" : "And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor."}, {"a" : 28, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 29, "ar" : "يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍۢ", "en" : "Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter."}, {"a" : 30, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 31, "ar" : "سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ", "en" : "We will attend to you, O prominent beings."}, {"a" : 32, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 33, "ar" : "يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ", "en" : "O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]."}, {"a" : 34, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 35, "ar" : "يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌۭ مِّن نَّارٍۢ وَنُحَاسٌۭ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ", "en" : "There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves."}, {"a" : 36, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 37, "ar" : "فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةًۭ كَٱلدِّهَانِ", "en" : "And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil -"}, {"a" : 38, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 39, "ar" : "فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌۭ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ", "en" : "Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn."}, {"a" : 40, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 41, "ar" : "يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ", "en" : "The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet."}, {"a" : 42, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 43, "ar" : "هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ", "en" : "This is Hell, which the criminals deny."}, {"a" : 44, "ar" : "يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍۢ", "en" : "They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]."}, {"a" : 45, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 46, "ar" : "وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ", "en" : "But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens -"}, {"a" : 47, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 48, "ar" : "ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍۢ", "en" : "Having [spreading] branches."}, {"a" : 49, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 50, "ar" : "فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ", "en" : "In both of them are two springs, flowing."}, {"a" : 51, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 52, "ar" : "فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٍۢ زَوْجَانِ", "en" : "In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds."}, {"a" : 53, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 54, "ar" : "مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍۢ", "en" : "[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low."}, {"a" : 55, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 56, "ar" : "فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ", "en" : "In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni -"}, {"a" : 57, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 58, "ar" : "كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ", "en" : "As if they were rubies and coral."}, {"a" : 59, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 60, "ar" : "هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ", "en" : "Is the reward for good [anything] but good?"}, {"a" : 61, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 62, "ar" : "وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ", "en" : "And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens -"}, {"a" : 63, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 64, "ar" : "مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ", "en" : "Dark green [in color]."}, {"a" : 65, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 66, "ar" : "فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ", "en" : "In both of them are two springs, spouting."}, {"a" : 67, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 68, "ar" : "فِيهِمَا فَٰكِهَةٌۭ وَنَخْلٌۭ وَرُمَّانٌۭ", "en" : "In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates."}, {"a" : 69, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 70, "ar" : "فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌۭ", "en" : "In them are good and beautiful women -"}, {"a" : 71, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 72, "ar" : "حُورٌۭ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌۭ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ", "en" : "Fair ones reserved in pavilions -"}, {"a" : 73, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 74, "ar" : "لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌۭ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّۭ", "en" : "Untouched before them by man or jinni -"}, {"a" : 75, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -"}, {"a" : 76, "ar" : "مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍۢ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍۢ", "en" : "Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets."}, {"a" : 77, "ar" : "فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ", "en" : "So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?"}, {"a" : 78, "ar" : "تَبَٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ", "en" : "Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor."}]}
